1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.
2. Push back cuticles using the stick included, then lightly file the surface of your nails.
3. Wipe each nail with the alcohol pad to remove any oils.
4. Choose your fit, then apply the adhesive tabs or glue to your natural nails. Glue gives slightly longer wear.
5. Align each nail just above the cuticle at a 45-degree angle and press down firmly for 30 seconds to secure.
